We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Product Services Manager to join our thriving B2B2C SaaS company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of custom modules for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will collaborate closely with our high-performing product team to evaluate the feasibility of feature requests and contribute to our innovative proprietary composable UI layer.

During periods of lower demand for custom development, you will have the opportunity to work part-time alongside our product team, delivering new platform features.

  • Evaluate customer feature requests and collaborate with the product team to assess their suitability for the main platform, identifying opportunities for bespoke solutions that align with customer needs without compromising the core aims of the product vision.
  • Lead the development and implementation of custom modules for clients, leveraging our proprietary UI layer when the main platform does not support specific customer requirements.
  • Estimate and manage the commercial aspects of custom module delivery, including cost estimation, pricing, and contract negotiation, ensuring the financial viability of each project.
  • Work with a team of engineers and designers to ensure timely delivery of custom modules, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to project budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded while balancing the business objectives and the platform's core aims.
  • Continuously monitor the performance and success of custom modules, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve upon them, ensuring they remain valuable to customers and contribute positively to the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our custom module services to maintain a competitive edge and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with and contribute to the broader product team's initiatives when the demand for custom work is low, ensuring seamless integration with the core platform and maintaining a cohesive product experience for all users.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role, focusing on software delivery in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated competency in estimating and managing commercial aspects of custom software development, including cost estimation, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering front-end focused projects, meeting time and budget constraints.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies and tools.
  • Strong team management abilities with a history of building, nurturing, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, build strong relationships and manage expectations.
