We surveyed over 1000 guests who had visited an attraction or resort in 2024. 63% of them told us they are willing to pay more for their tickets in exchange for a superior experience.
However, current digital experiences are not meeting these expectations, with only 22% of our survey respondents rating their experiences as 'great.' 30% told us digital experiences are too limited, and a quarter said they are difficult to access or locate.
