Content Specialist: ABM & Sales Enablement

Your Mission

As a content writer specialising in ABM and sales enablement, your mission is to create educational content and campaigns that drive direct engagement with our ideal customer (ICP) accounts.

Working collaboratively with the sales team, you will identify prime opportunities for personalised (1-2-1) and semi-personalised (1-2-few) engagements with our ICPs. You will produce content that addresses multiple stakeholders within the buying committee, clearly explaining how Attractions.io’s products can alleviate their pain points.

Your success will be measured by KPIs focused on ICP engagement, including engagement rates, content effectiveness, and stakeholder reach within target accounts. You will continuously adapt and refine your content to changes in the industry, organisational goals, or technological advancements, maintaining flexibility to ensure sustained success.

You need to be comfortable getting stuck into account research and collaborating closely with our sales team to identify the messaging and content most likely to resonate with that ICP.   It’s important that you are a keen content creator, have a bias for action, are deeply curious, and enjoy a lot of collaboration.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Develop highly personalised content that educates and engages our ICP accounts. This may include landing pages, direct mail, presentations and more.
  • Investigate and analyse intent data from Hubspot, Analytics, or other sources to create content that aligns with the specific needs and behaviours of prospects.
  • Conduct interviews with internal and external experts to enrich our content and develop a considered perspective.
  • Experiment with various content formats, messaging strategies, and distribution channels to find the most effective approaches. This includes running A/B tests, piloting new ideas, and iterating based on feedback and performance data.
  • Be an industry and product expert and assist with researching our buyer personas and the trends affecting decision-makers.


We are looking for people who have:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B content creation or demand generation 
  • Demonstrable experience contributing to 1-2-1 or 1-2-few ABM campaigns targeting multiple stakeholders at a single organisation.
  • A recognised qualification in marketing, journalism, English, communications or another related field.
  • A love of the written word. You’ll be writing landing pages and copy for our guides, so confidence in your writing is a must.
  • Editing and proofreading skills to ensure all content is error-free, clear, and aligned with the company’s tone and style guidelines.
  • A curiosity for technology: you are open to exploring how new technologies, like AI, can enhance and optimise your work.
