How can I customise my app?
Our talented illustrators will work with you to design a hand illustrated digital map that brings your brand to life. This will serve as the center-point of your digital experience. You can then add your own colours, fonts, points of interest, images and logos to deliver an authentic branded experience for guests. For a truly immersive experience, dynamic features like water reflections and lighting effects can be added.
We have specific requirements for our platform. Do you offer bespoke development?
We know that no two experiences are the same in our unique industry. Our in-house professional services team can work with you to evaluate any specific requirements for your mobile app and where required, develop bespoke capability to address your needs.
Does Attractions.io offer multiple payment options?
You will pay an annual license fee for your mobile app platform that includes support, maintenance and instant access to new features. We offer multi-year pricing plans for 3 and 5 year agreements.
What determines the price of my mobile app platform?

What kind of personal information do you collect?
Our mobile app platform uses information, such as a users name, email and purchase history to surface insights that you can use to make personalised recommendations during their experience. Users are asked to consent to sharing these details with us during the onboarding process.
