You'll join the Delivery team at Attractions.io, where our mission is to seamlessly guide our customers from their initial vision to the successful deployment of our mobile app SaaS solution. We are dedicated to providing exceptional support and expertise, ensuring that each step of the journey is smooth, efficient, and aligned with our commitment to enhancing guest experience.
You'll build strong, trusting relationships, while keeping everyone on track for a timely delivery of the project. You will be updating internal and external stakeholders on project progress, while clearly communicating the risks and issues to project stakeholders and the Head of Delivery.
We are a small, hands-on team dedicated to the creation of our guests' apps. As we continue to grow, you will have the opportunity to influence our processes and help us become more efficient in achieving our mission.
This role is fully remote, and we want someone who can support our US customers while having at least some overlap with the working hours of our UK colleagues.
