Paultons Park achieve UK industry first with in-app ticketing

Paultons Park have become the first park in the UK to offer in-app ticketing, making it even easier for guests to get on-site

We’re delighted to partner with Paultons Park, enabling them to become the first theme park in the UK to offer in-app ticketing to their guests.

Home to over 70 attractions, including the much-loved Peppa Pig World, Paultons Park is a firm favourite destination amongst families, and the park’s app, powered by Attractions.io, is already very popular amongst guests, helping them plan their day, find suitable rides and activities, navigate the site easily and even see live queue times.

Simplifying the digital journey for guests


Visitors have been able to order tickets online and download them for many years, but now they can store copies of their tickets and season passes within a digital wallet inside the Paultons Park app.

The app gives guests the ability to find their tickets, either by using their booking details or scanning in physical tickets using their device’s camera. When guests arrive, they can now show the tickets in-app. Access is easy and queuing is reduced, as they simply scan them at the turnstiles to gain entry.

It’s something that makes visiting Paultons even easier for our guests, and the initial uptake has demonstrated just how highly our customers value the convenience of a fully digital ticketing experience.”
