With Attractions.io, your app becomes a comprehensive digital companion: guests can make purchases, navigate, order food, get real-time updates, and more — all in one place. It’s not just about getting them through gate, we help you drive satisfaction and spend before, during, and after the visit.
    How much does it cost to integrate my Gateway ticketing solution with Attractions.io?
    Until December 31st 2025, we’re offering free mobile wallet for Gateway customers — so the integration is covered when you sign. After that, pricing depends on the scale of your app and feature set. Request a price to get a specific quote for your attraction.
    Will this require support from our internal IT team?
    No. We have a proven process that keeps the lift on your side light. We'll handle the Galaxy integration and app setup — your team just needs to assist with content, approvals, and access to the necessary data points.
    Does the mobile app pull data from Galaxy or push it in both directions?
    Our Gateway integration works both ways. We can pull in ticketing data, availability, and user entitlements. And we can also push data back where needed (like scanning, redemptions, and usage tracking).
    Does the app support barcode/QR-based entry directly?
    Yes, guests can access scannable QR codes or barcodes for their tickets right inside the app.
