The new app has been a major success with guests. After purchasing their tickets, guests receive a personal invitation to download the app, and one-fifth now use it to prepare for their visit. The overall reach exceeds 80%, meaning the majority of guests rely on it to enhance their day.

Guest feedback has also improved significantly. Instead of email surveys, Hunderfossen now prompts guests via push notification after each visit. Response rates have increased, and the team now has far richer insight into how guests experience the attraction.
