Guest feedback has also improved significantly. Instead of email surveys, Hunderfossen now prompts guests via push notification after each visit. Response rates have increased, and the team now has far richer insight into how guests experience the attraction.
The stability issues of the previous bespoke app are now firmly in the past. Rated just three stars before, Hunderfossen’s new Attractions.io-powered app has climbed to 4.8 stars on the app store.
