We're delighted to announce the launch of a new social distancing package and support program, designed to help visitor attractions get up and running with a branded app to help with social distancing in as little as two weeks.
The package brings together a number of our mobile app platform’s features that are ideally suited to facilitate social distancing, allowing guests to use digital tickets, order food and virtually wait in line for attractions from their smartphone, while operators can view heat maps, send targeted on-site messages and collect guest feedback.
Whilst our technology is already used by leading operators across four continents and ten different languages, from large groups to independent attractions, we recognise that there are resource barriers that could limit the accessibility of this technology for some.
We're determined to ensure we're doing everything we can to help the industry in responding to the challenges of COVID-19 and prepare for a strong recovery, therefore an accompanying support program has also been created. Tailored to each applicant’s needs, the program will offer support in the form of consultancy, implementation resources and financial support.
