We're delighted to announce that Twinlakes, a 100-acre theme park aimed at young children, have launched a brand new mobile app for guests, powered by

The app helps visitors to make the most out of their day by providing an interactive map that shows guests their current location, highlighting the rides, attractions and facilities around them. Parents can quickly and easily filter attractions to see what's suitable for their children and create a digital itinerary for their day.

As well as helping with day planning, the app is also used to promote special offers, monitor guest satisfaction and send highly-targeted messages to guests based on their location and behaviour.

Thomas Mann, Marketing Executive at Twinlakes, explains: "The platform has given us access to tools we didn't think were available to an attraction of our size. Crucially, it allows us to compete with larger attractions both in terms of the visitor experience we offer and the data we have at our disposal."
