We're delighted to announce a new partnership with ZooTampa at Lowry Park, launching a new mobile application for both iPhone and Android users designed to enhance the guest experience. The new app, free to download starting in March 2021, will feature an interactive map, animal facts, real-time messaging, guest service information, integrated ticketing and much more.
The Florida based Zoo collaborated with us to help deliver the best possible mobile experience for their visitors. Central to the app is an interactive map that assists guests with navigating through the various habitats, while providing relevant and interesting information. By using the app on their mobile devices, guests also play a role in the Zoo’s mission to protect and preserve wildlife by eliminating paper waste.

All of the Zoo’s amenities are listed within the app, including hours of operation, gift shop locations and food options. It also allows the Zoo to communicate with their guests during their visit, share the perks of being a member and send exclusive offers. In addition, the app allows the Zoo to connect with younger guests as well as existing visitors as they enjoy a day creating unforgettable natural connections with each other and wildlife.
