We are pleased to announce a new partnership with Gatemaster Technology that will enhance the guest experience for millions of attraction visitors worldwide.
Gatemaster provide point-of-sale and ticketing solutions to 16 different countries. As part of the agreement, they will now be able to offer their customers a guest-facing mobile app, powered by the Attractions.io platform.
The app will fully integrate with the Gatemaster ticketing solution, and provide guests with easy access to their bookings via an integrated digital wallet that stores and presents tickets.
In addition to mobile ticketing, the Attractions.io platform will offer Gatemaster customers a host of other features from wayfinding and targeted messaging, to mobile food ordering and visitor analytics. As well as creating a seamless experience across the entire guest journey, pre, during and post visit, this presents new opportunities for visitor attractions to reduce friction and increase guest satisfaction and spend.
