A new integration combines our guest-facing app technology with VisiSoft’s EPOS & online ticketing software, helping visitor and tourist attractions create smoother and more sustainable guest experiences. From this month, guests at attractions using VisiSoft’s EPOS & online ticketing solutions can import tickets and membership passes directly to a digital wallet within their Attractions.io mobile app. This means that instead of printing paper tickets at home or purchasing them at an entry gate, guests can use their mobile devices as pre-booked entry passes for their favourite attractions.
Even without internet connectivity, tickets stored within the app are available offline and are automatically optimised for scanning at compatible turnstiles. As a result, visitors can quickly pass through entry points without having to wait for their passes to be validated by a staff member, saving time and resources for busy operators during the peak season.
VisiSoft’s leading attraction management software is the latest solution to be added to the Attractions.io ecosystem. Customers of both platforms can now benefit from a digital companion that spans every touchpoint in the guest journey, and access shared insights from Attractions.io’s new user segmentation tool.
