Available as part of our core solution, the revamped user segmentation tools enable you to filter app users according to specific actions, visit information and usage patterns to improve your understanding of how guests behave during their visit.
Segments can then be saved and exported for use in hyper-targeted marketing campaigns that speak specifically to the needs of each group. The result: guests feel understood, brand affinity grows, and commercial yields increases, as guests are more inclined to engage with targeted offers and upsells that resonate with their expectations of your experience.
